Heritage Middle School PPS Team Collects Donations for Families in Need
Together with faculty and staff the team was able to provide 11 Walmart holiday gift cards to families this week. Previously, the team had collected donations before Thanksgiving and provided 18 students with turkeys or Shoprite gift cards.

Scholars were asked to know vocabulary such as fulcrum, force, gravity, work, effort, efficiency, lever, pulley, wheel and axle, screw, inclined plane, wedge and motion. Students were then tasked with making a Rube Goldberg Machine.

NECSD School Meals Program Serves 1 Millionth Meal
By the end of their weekly distribution on Wednesday, December 2nd, the Newburgh Schools Meals program had served 1,022,526 meals and 21,360 snacks. The snacks are the latest addition to the already robust program.
