Meadow Hill Anti-Bullying Awareness Spirit Week
October was National Anti-Bullying Month and the Meadow Hill GEMS Culture Committee recognized this important cause with a week of spirit filled activities to help all its K-8 GEMS take an active stand against bullying. For each day of the week students and staff adorned a different color of the rainbow and were challenged to complete a different character-building task. Throughout the week students could be seen complementing one another, sitting next to someone new at lunch, and helping a friend or classmate in an effort to reach high and build their character.
