NFA Madrigals Submit Song to Honor Parkland Victims and Survivors
Scholars from Newburgh Free Academy, Main Campus performing group Madrigals produced a video of their group singing a song that they hope will contribute to the I Have a Voice for From Broadway with Love for Parkland compilation. Hundreds of schools submitted videos that From Broadway with Love for Parkland compiled into a video montage. The choir from Parkland and other surrounding schools sang this song live in the show, but a video montage of choirs from all around the country or world singing the song to lead into the live choir singing was put together for the event.
The song, I Have a Voice was originally created by Broadway Records president Van Dean, executive producer Gina Holland, and No Bully executive producer Michelle Shapiro, with 100 percent of the profits benefiting www.NoBully.org.
The Madrigals are conducted by Ms. Jillian Caci. The performance was recorded and edited by Mr. Guy Du Quesnay.
