New Windsor School Hosts Gold Card Event for Positive Behavior!

This month New Windsor School held their Gold Card activity “Movie and Popcorn” as part of their PBIS program. Students who followed the expectations of: be respectful, be responsible, be ready, be safe, earned an invitation to the event. Students must go the entire trimester without a write up. PBIS is a positive behavior program that rewards appropriate behaviors in school. School psychologist Kelly Caci and music teacher Mary Petruncola oversee the program and are thrilled with the number of students making the right choices. The gym was packed with students excited to watch a special movie and celebrate their success with friends and scholars.
