Gardnertown Scholars Put Their Teeth To Work!

Last week, Gardnertown Leadership Academy had a special visit by Cornerstone Family Health. A dental hygienist saw 117 scholars and educated them on proper dental care. The dental hygienist was able to examine students and provide referrals. Students learned the proper way to brush their teeth, the importance of flossing, and why they should also care for their gums. Goodie-bags were also provided for each student to take home with important information for continued dental health at home. See a photo recap here of the visit!
