Dear Parents and Guardians of Sixth Grade Heritage Middle School Students,

We are excited to invite you and your child to our Sixth (6) Grade Orientation, which will be a two-day event held on Thursday, August 29th and Friday, August 30th from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Heritage Middle School. This orientation is designed to help your child transition smoothly into sixth grade and feel comfortable in their new school environment.

During the orientation, your child will participate in various activities, including:

- Team building exercises
- An overview of what to expect in sixth grade
- A question and answer session
- Restorative circles
- Locker assignments and practice
- A tour of the building
- And much more!

Breakfast and lunch will be provided on both days.

Additionally, we scheduled a parent/guardian portion of the orientation on Thursday, August 29, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. This session is designed to provide our parents/guardians with important information about the upcoming school year and answer any questions you may have. Please indicate on the virtual registration form if you plan to attend the parent orientation.
