SECTION 9 CHAMPIONS | Boys Golf
Sophomore Josh Yan shot 2 under par 70 at McCann Golf Course on Thursday to win the Section 9 Boys Golf Championship. Josh's overall score of 4 under par 140 won by 3 shots.
Senior Mark Yan shot 78 Thursday to place 6th. Mark shot 1 under par 35 on the front 9 at McCann to secure his qualification to the NYSPHSAA Boys Golf Championship for the 5th time.
The state tournament will take place May 31 to June 3 at Mark Twain Golf Course in Elmira.
