Temple Hill Academy Launches Sports Research Unit Launch

The 4th grade students in Mrs. Bender's, Mrs. Dietrich's, Mrs. Weaver's and Mrs. Hipple's classes "kicked off" their last ELA Unit in ARC Core "Sports and Society" with a launch party. Students explored different books on multiple sports to promote engagement and excitement as they get ready to become research experts. During this unit they will be researching the basic rules and objectives, geography of the sport, important history, role models, economic and social issues, as well as the influence on society.
