SHERPA the NFA Hiking Club has hikes scheduled for this spring. Families are welcome to join! Come Explore the Hudson Valley with us!

HIKING SCHEDULE:
4/16 - Madame Brett Park, Beacon NY (easy)
4/23 - Crystal Lake, Newburgh NY (moderate)
4/30 - Ant Ramble Trail Loop, Maybrook NY (moderate)
5/7 - Walkway over the Hudson, Highland, NY (easy)
5/28- Bull Hill Short Loop, Cold Spring NY (moderate/hard) (Date changed from the 21st due to 1/2 day schedule)
Rain Dates will be provided for hikes as needed
 
INFO:
- Get your permission slip from Ms. O’Neill today, hikes fill up fast
- We leave immediately after school from the Main Campus, Lower Lobby
- Families are welcome to join us
 
GOALS:
- Provide safe hiking at various levels for its members
- Provide access to outdoor activities to all who are interested
- Promote physical, mental, social, spiritual and emotional wellness through a connection with nature
- Encourage an appreciation for the natural environment
- Promote an active outdoor lifestyle
