Temple Hill Academy Artists Create Valentine's for Veterans

Scholars throughout the district participated in Congressman Pat Ryan's Valentine's for Veterans initiative. In art class with Ms. Reyes, artists at Temple Hill Academy discussed colors that are symbolic for Veterans and for Valentine's Day. They also talked about different messages that would be nice to receive. Earlier this week, Temple Hill Academy scholars enrolled in Career and Technical Education classes with Dr. Shewprashad created and delivered 102 cards to Congressman Ryan's office. We are so thankful for our scholars and educators who are spreading love through this community initiative.
