Ancient Writing at Temple Hill Academy

Scholars in Mrs. Fernekes' class completed their Mesopotamia unit with ancient writing. Scholars learned about the Sumerian writing system and how the scribes wrote on clay tablets with reeds to keep written records. After completing research and learning how to write their name in cuneiform, scholars were able to act like scribes on their own clay tablet!
