Hudson City School District Visits NFA West
The Hudson City School District visited NFA West to learn more about the school and Big Picture Learning Program. A group of more than 20 District Leadership team members including Superintendent, Dr. Juliette Pennyman, students and teachers learned about the advisory program, Academics, relationships building, Learning Through Internships (LTI), and project based learning initiatives at NFA West through classroom visits, touring the building, pick me up activities and meeting with NFA West staff, students and teachers. Board member, Mr. Philip Howard shared information on his work in the district with mentoring students in the district and at NFA West. Dr. Kathleen Farrell, Assistant Superintendent, Curriculum and Instruction was present and shared pertinent information regarding district support of the program at NFA West.
