Superintendent's Parent Council | Meeting Schedule

As a means to increasing parent and family engagement, we are excited to introduce the Superintendent’s Parent Council! The  Superintendent’s Parent Council will offer parents/guardians an opportunity to meet with our Superintendent to learn about initiatives and programs in our school district. Parents/guardians will also have an opportunity to provide the Superintendent with valuable feedback and input regarding district-wide and school-related opportunities and challenges. Parents/guardian involvement is critical to the success of our children. They will help to advise the Superintendent and act as ambassadors for their schools by sharing what they learn with other families and community connections. 

The first session of the Superintendent's Parent Council will launch on Tuesday, October 24, 2023 from 4:45pm - 5:45pm at the Newburgh Free Library.

A brief discussion will take place about cell phone use in schools, followed by a meet and greet session with the Superintendent. All parents/guardians are welcome to attend. We look forward to seeing you at one or all of these sessions!
