Pre-K and Kindergarten Scholars Jumpstart their New School Year!

Pre-K and Kindergarten scholars throughout the district were invited to a Jumpstart Jamboree event to welcome our youngest scholars and their families to the new school year. NFA high school students who are part of NFA AJ-ROTC volunteered at tables with various age appropriate learning activities. Teachers and administrators welcomed scholars and their families and facilitated educational activities. Community organizations were available to provide resources and information. A school bus was outside, so students could practice boarding and buckling, as well as familiarize themselves with proper school bus safety.

We are thankful for everyone who attended and assisted in this event, especially our Curriculum & Instruction team who coordinated and hosted this event, with support from our Family and Community Engagement (FACE) team. Thank you for putting together such a wonderful opportunity for our children and their families!
