Social Emotional Learning Through Crocheting & Crafting Class
Ms. Coopersmith and her students in the Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Through Crocheting & Crafting Class had a great summer. Each student got to know each other well and they plan on continuing their friendships beyond the summer program. The students learned how to crochet and make balloon animals. Students face painted, created various origami, tie-dyed clothes and teddy bears, painted on canvases, designed jewelry, created with perler beads and made their own scrapbooks. They are looking forward to reconnecting in the program next summer.
All photos from the program can be found here.
