UPDATED Arrival & Dismissal and Kindergarten Orientation Information for Families
Hello Parent and Guardians,
I am looking forward to a very exciting school year and welcoming back our students! For our arrival and dismissal procedures, we will continue streamlining our process for Student Drop off and Pick up for the 2023- 2024 school year. For Student Drop Off, cars will enter the back parking loop on Gidney Avenue and drop off students into the cafeteria at arrival and then exit the parking lot, starting at 8:10am. For dismissal, families can start forming the line for Pick up at 2:45pm in that same loop. If you are going to be dropping off and picking up your child for the entire 2023-2024 school year please complete this google form or scan the QR code below to access the form. Once the school year begins we will provide you with an approved sign that you will have to bring daily to pick up your child.

KINDERGARTEN ORIENTATION
Our Kindergarten orientation will take place on September 5th. We will host two sessions beginning at 1:00pm. Students whose last name starts with the letters A - K, your orientation is scheduled from 1:00 - 1:45 pm. Students whose last name starts with the letters L - Z, your orientation is scheduled from 2:00 - 2:45 pm. This is a great opportunity to meet your child’s teacher and go over all the wonderful things your child will experience this year.
Lastly, during the first week of school, at arrival starting at 8:15am, we invite you to bring your student to their classroom so you can briefly see your child’s learning environment. Please see the following schedule for each child’s grade level:
