Students from NFA West's All Male Mentoring Program Volunteer for MLK Day of Service
Four students from the All Male Mentoring Program at Newburgh Free Academy’s, West Campus and one student from Newburgh Free Academy, North Campus volunteered with Habitat for Humanity as part of their MLK Day of Service. Habitat for Humanity of Greater Newburgh had over 100 volunteers working at 7 sites for their MLK Day of Service!
Mr. Anthony Grice chaperoned the trip, “I’m very proud of these students from NFA West and NFA North who showed up to volunteer with Habitat for Humanity. We tore down a brick wall, stacked the clean bricks for another build, and then cleaned up. After a half day of serving, we were definitely ready for lunch.”
