South Middle School Students Focus on "Future Self" with Financial Literacy

Students at South Middle School learned valuable Financial Literacy Skills from representatives of Citizens Bank. During the presentation, students were asked a series of questions that helped to focus on their future self. The questions helped students focus on who they surround themselves with and receive support from, what they like to do with their free time, how they overcome challenges, and the best part of their life. From there, the presenters discussed how financial literacy and financial planning will contribute to their future selves. 

Students were able to ask questions throughout the presentation and interact to group questions by raising their hands or standing up in unison. Student ambassadors were selected to help facilitate the presentation.
