NFA Main Culinary Learn about Irish Culture

NFA Students in Chef Jennifer Caron's Culinary class learned how to make Irish soda bread on St. Patrick's Day. Students discussed the ingredients and the origins of the sweet treat before measuring, mixing, and making the festive bread.
