New Windsor School Commits to Kindness
New Windsor School prides itself on Social / Emotional Well-Being. Lead by Mrs. Kelly Caci (School Psychologist), Mr. Jason Michalek (School Counselor), and Mrs. Jamie DeForest (Art Teacher), our school participated in No Name Calling Week (1/17-1/20) and Great Kindness Challenge (1/23-1/27) by engaging in various Spirited activities that included creation of multiple hands-on artworks as well as fun filled displays of unity. Mrs. Caci and Mr. Michalek also pushed-in to do mini-lessons on kindness and respect!
You can walk around the school and just “feel” the kindness overflowing (Literally)!!!
