Youth Development Survey for Grades 8, 10, and 12
NECSD will be partnering with TEAM Newburgh to administer a voluntary anonymous survey for students in grades 8, 10, and 12 to learn more about student’s perception of drug use and availability within their communities. This survey is completely anonymous, and student names, IDs, and other personally identifiable information will not be gathered. The results will then be provided to TEAM Newburgh and NECSD for review on how we can best support our children in these areas as a school and a community. The survey window will open on January 16th and close on February 3rd. Parent’s who wish to opt their child out of the survey should complete the following opt out form and return it to the main office for review prior to January 15th.

NECSD se asociará con TEAM Newburgh para administrar una encuesta anónima voluntaria para estudiantes en los grados 8, 10 y 12 para obtener más información sobre la percepción de los estudiantes sobre el uso de drogas y la disponibilidad dentro de sus comunidades.
