New Windsor School Visited by a Very Special Guest!
NWS had a very special visit from a very special guest today! Not only is Dr. Jackielyn Manning Campbell our Superintendent, she is also our building partner in Teaching and Learning! She visited Ms. Quinci’s Science class today while our students were busy exploring through hands-on activities to gain a better understanding of Tsunamis! Don’t worry - Dr. Manning Campbell was safe from the natural disaster! We had a wonderful time discussing how important it is for our students to be engaged in multiple learning modalities while exploring important concepts in Science. All-in-all, we all had a wonderful time of exploration and discussions around Natural Disasters. Thank you again for visiting us today and encouraging our students and teachers and staff!
