NECSD Teacher Selected for NYSED's Blue Ribbon Commission on Graduation Measures
Ms. Linda Romano was selected to serve on the New York State Education Department’s (NYSED) Blue Ribbon Commission on Graduation Measures. The Commission will be undertaking a thoughtful and inclusive process to explore what a New York State high school diploma means and what it should signify to ensure educational excellence and equity for all New York State children. Out of more than 400 applications, Ms. Romano is one of 64 selected for the mission and one of ten educators selected from the greater Hudson Valley area.
