Student Representatives | Participation Requested!
Attention students! We want to hear from you! We are looking for a student representative* from each school to meet with Superintendent Dr. Jackielyn Manning Campbell to discuss important topics, share feedback, generate ideas, and collaborate toward putting those ideas into practice - together.
This will be a year-long commitment. The group of representatives will meet monthly during the school day with an agenda decided upon by the entire group. From this group, two students will be selected to represent the group to present at Board of Education meetings on a monthly basis.
Our schools, educators, and programs are here to serve our students. We want our students to take ownership by contributing to the conversations that shape their education and overall experience as a Newburgh Goldback.
Students are required to be in good standing to participate, which is 85% attendance or better.
*Students should be in grades 3-12. We are looking for two students from Meadow Hill and Temple Hill - one from the elementary grade levels and one from the middle school grade levels.
