50 Backpacks Filled with School Supplies Donated to NECSD
On Wednesday, August 17th, 50 brand new backpacks filled with school supplies were delivered to the Newburgh Free Library for the Newburgh Enlarged City School District (NECSD).
The generous donation was made by Hill & Markes Wholesale Distributors in partnership with the New York State Industries for the Disabled (NYSID) in response to the Back to School Supply Drive launched by the Newburgh Free Library and Family And Community Engagement (FACE). The Back to School Supply Drive is accepting donations through August 26th 2022.
The newly donated backpacks will be distributed during the Saturday, August 27th, School is Cool: Back to School Celebration along with other giveaways while supplies last.
