2nd Annual Transition Expo: What's Next? - Moving Beyond High School
This Expo will provide our Exceptional Learners with IEP’s & 504 plans and their families with information on resources & services available as they prepare to transition to Life After High School. Participants will have an opportunity to speak with agency representatives, gather resources and sit in on workshops with valuable information. Come and speak with the professionals in our community. Join us for informational workshops, learn about resources and services, Adult Serving Agencies & more. Registration is REQUIRED!
