Dear Balmville Families,
Please be advised that students will be taking the New York State English Language Arts Examination on Tuesday, March 29th & Wednesday, March 30th. The test will measure reading, writing and language arts standards. The test will begin promptly after announcements. Therefore, please be sure that your child is on time. The New York State Math Examination will be administered on Tuesday, April 26 & Wednesday, April 27th.
The 2022 grades 3-8 English Language Arts and Math Tests are untimed. Therefore, students will be given as much time as needed to complete them. Below, please find the calendar for all upcoming NYS exams as well as the average completion time for each grade level.
