NFA Culinary Students Create Gingerbread Train
NFA Advanced Culinary (level 2) students in Chef Jennifer Caron's culinary class designed, baked, and created an eight foot long Gingerbread train. Students mixed ingredients to form the right consistency, measured the dimensions to create their box car, mixed the frosting for color and consistency, and decorated their design.
