Meadow Hill School Celebrates Mr. Randy Day!
Mr. Randy Codett, head custodian at Meadow Hill School, will be retiring at the end of December after dedicating 36 years to working at Meadow Hill. The school named last Friday "Randy Day." The entire school surprised "Mr. Randy" (as he's known to our students) with some gifts before student arrival and then a procession of all of the students in the building greeting him with thank you posters, cards, and pictures that they made.
Randy's wife works in our school cafeteria and his grandchildren attend Meadow Hill as well. His family was invited to the morning of celebrating his dedication to the building. As you can see in the photos, many of our staff members wore "Everybody Loves Randy" t-shirts that we had made. Thank you Mr. Randy for your service and commitment to the children and adults of Meadow Hill School!
Story and photos provided by Meadow Hill teacher, Ms. Maggie Whitaker.
