NFA Culinary Scholars Participate in Cupcake Wars!
Chef Caron's Culinary Arts classes participated in Cake Wars! as a final culminating year end project. Special ingredients were provided just like in the television show Cake Wars! A choice of bacon, jelly, marshmallow Fluff, matcha (green tea powder) or Lindor Chocolates. Students researched recipes and then prepared cupcakes and icing in our classroom kitchen. The Culinary virtual students experienced Cake Wars! by researching recipes and creating virtual advertising table tents for the cupcakes.
Who will the winner be....Matcha Green Tea Cupcake, S'Mores Cupcake, Strawberry Shortcake Cupcake, Maple Bacon Cupcake, White Chocolate Truffle Cupcake, or Sweet Potato Casserole Cupcake!
