Alternate Bus Stop Form Information
Hello Goldbacks,
This is a reminder that If you need transportation to a before or after school child care center for summer programs or for the upcoming 2021-2022 school year, you must submit an Alternate Stop Form before June 24th in accordance with New York State SED regulations. Transportation must be at the same location 5 days a week. A new form must be submitted each year. If you previously submitted an Alternate Bus Stop Form and need to keep those arrangements, a new form must be submitted. You can find the Alternate Bus Stop Form on the school district website on the transportation page with information on how to submit it to the transportation department.
Completed and signed forms must be returned to the Transportation Department in person, by mail, by fax, or by email (Transportation@necsd.net) by Thursday, June 24, 2021. Transportation arrangements for forms received after Thursday, June 24, 2021 are not guaranteed to be in place for the start of the 2021-2022 school year and will be processed in the order they are received.

Este es un recordatorio de que si necesita transporte a un centro de cuidado infantil antes o después de la escuela para los programas de verano o para el próximo año escolar 2021-2022, debe enviar un formulario de parada alternativa antes del 24 de junio de acuerdo con las regulaciones del SED del estado de Nueva York. El transporte debe realizarse en el mismo lugar 5 días a la semana. Se debe enviar un nuevo formulario cada año. Si anteriormente envió un formulario de parada de autobús alternativa y necesita mantener esos arreglos, debe enviar un nuevo formulario. Puede encontrar el formulario de parada de autobús alternativa en el sitio web del distrito escolar en la página de transporte con información sobre cómo enviarlo al departamento de transporte.
