THA: October Family Newsletter
ATTENDANCE INFORMATION
This month, we have been working with our students on developing good attendance habits. Research shows that students who come to school on time every day are better prepared for learning and are given the best opportunities to be successful. Each month, we celebrate the grade levels with the highest attendance at the elementary and secondary levels. For the month of September, we would like to recognize the 4th and 8th grades for achieving the highest average attendance for the month. All students gave their best efforts this month; achieving an average of over 95% attendance. Healthy attendance habits are a community effort, and add to a positive school climate and culture. Thank you for all of your support in working with our children and our school community in achieving this great accomplishment.
The staff at THA is available to assist your family in the event that circumstances interfere with daily attendance. If you have any needs, questions, or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact the school or your child’s teacher.
