Meadow Hill Scholars Make "Magic Sunglasses"
Students in grades K-2 at Meadow Hill read Pete the Cat and His Magic Sunglasses. Then they created their very own magical pair using materials at home. They learned how to use aluminum foil and tissue paper or newspaper to embellish their glasses. This project helped scholars generate and conceptualize artistic ideas and work.
This project was led by Meadow Hill Art teacher, Mrs. Rachel Williams.
