Online Registration is Available at NewburghSchools.org/Registration. A child must be 4 years old on or before December 1st, 2020 to be eligible for the 2020-2021school year and meet requirements for proof of residency in the Newburgh Enlarged City School District.

2020-2021 Registration Requirements:

1. Birth Certificate
2. Immunizations
3. Physical/Health Appraisal (within last calendar year)
4. Proof of Residency documents: you must submit at least 1 primary and 1 supplementary (please visit the registration page at newburghschools.org for acceptable documentation)
5. Identification of Parent/Guardian
6. Custody/Foster Care Documentation (if applicable)
7. IEP (if available)

Para que un niño sea elegible al programa de UPK en el año escolar 2020-2021 es necesario que:

• El niño tenga 4 años de edad antes o en 1 de diciembre de 2020
• Cumplir con los requisitos para la prueba de residencia en el Ampliado Distrito Escolar de la Ciudad de Newburgh.

Requisitos de registro 2020-2021

1. Certificado de nacimiento
2. Documentación de vacunas
3. Evaluación física / de salud (dentro del último año del calendario)
4. Documentos de prueba de residencia: debe presentar al menos 1 documento primario y 1 complementario (visite a la página de registro en newburghschools.org para la lista de documentación aceptable)
5. Identificación del padre / tutor
6. Documentación de custodia / cuidado de crianza (si corresponde)
7. IEP (si está disponible)
