New App Available for Scholars to Explore Age-Appropriate Digital Books

Newburgh Enlarged City School District is happy to announce a collaboration with SORA from Overdrive and the Ramapo Catskill Library System to provide scholars with the ability to explore age-appropriate digital books.

The SORA app for K-12 provides students access to thousands of ebooks through their school and the Ramapo Catskill Library System. Scholars can access the books through the SORA icon on their Launchpad.

What can scholars do with SORA?

• Read ebooks and listen to audiobooks
• View and sync progress
• Define new and unfamiliar words
• Bookmark, highlight, and take notes
• Add a public library for more books.
