Student Health Questionnaire Information

One of the health and safety requirements for students who are currently receiving in-person instruction is to complete a health questionnaire every Wednesday before 9:00 am.  Beginning on October 7th, the health questionnaire will be located on students’ Launchpad or can be accessed through the District’s website under Important Topics as well as under the Families tab.  For our younger scholars, we suggest families assist in the completion of the questionnaire.  Additionally, during the days students are in school, temperature checks will take place daily.  Thank you for doing your part to keep everyone safe and healthy!
