Information for Use of Personal Devices
As we prepare for next week there may be some students that may bring their personal devices to school. We strongly encourage all students to use the district provided Chromebooks. The Technology Department will not be able to make changes, supply chargers, add/remove software, perform updates, perform repairs, or anything other than very basic troubleshooting. NECSD will not perform any service to any personal device because of liability concerns.
We have created a Guest Wireless network for students who may bring their personal devices into school and still need to participate in instruction.
The information to connect will be updated weekly. Scholars can receive the sign-in information from the Instructional Technology Facilitator in their building.
ATTENTION: Are your scholars or colleagues doing something great? Please contact the district Communications Team at communications@necsd.net. We’d love to visit your class or event and/or post your pictures and recap to highlight the amazing accomplishments throughout our district!
