Technology Distribution Monday - grades 1-12

The next distribution of Chromebooks and/or WiFi Hotspots for those who need a device and are in grades 1 -12 will be on Monday, September 21st from 8:30am - 3:30pm at NFA Main campus, located at 201 Fullerton Avenue in Newburgh.

This distribution is for:

- any scholar in grades 1 through 12 who has not already received a device, but may need one

- any family that currently has a WiFi Hotspot, you will need to return that device and pick up a new hotspot if still needed

- anyone who is still in need of a WiFi Hotspot, we will be distributing 1 hotspot per household

- and any student in grades 1 thru 12 in need of Chromebook repair

Please note, if your scholar has access to a device at home many programs are web based and should work on most devices.

Please be advised that scholars in grades PreK-1 will be notified via robo call when we are ready to distribute Chromebooks to those grade levels.

If you have a device that is not working, please bring your device and charger for a technician to help solve the issue.

Please park and enter at the lower lobby. If a parent or guardian is not available to pick up the device, someone can come on their behalf. Anyone picking up a device must bring a photo ID, along with the ID# for the scholar. If you do not have the ID#, you must provide the name, grade level, and school.

Face coverings that cover your nose and mouth are required when on school grounds. Please also be aware of NYS social distancing requirements and be sure to stay at least 6 feet away from other families when arriving and leaving.

La próxima distribución de Chromebooks y / o puntos de acceso WiFi para aquellos que necesitan un dispositivo y están en los grados 1 al 12 será el lunes 21 de septiembre de 8:30 am a 3:30 pm en el campus principal de la NFA, ubicado en 201 Fullerton Avenue en Newburgh.

Esta distribución es para:

- cualquier estudiante en los grados 1 al 12 que aún no haya recibido un dispositivo, pero puede que lo necesite.

Si tiene un dispositivo que no funciona, traiga su dispositivo y cargador para que un técnico lo ayude a resolver el problema.

Estacione y entre en el vestíbulo inferior. Si un padre o tutor no está disponible para recoger el dispositivo, alguien puede venir en su nombre. Cualquiera que recoja un dispositivo debe traer una identificación con foto, junto con el número de identificación del estudiante. Si no tiene el número de identificación, debe proporcionar el nombre, el nivel de grado y la escuela.

Se requiere cubrirse la cara que cubra la nariz y la boca cuando se encuentre en la escuela. También tenga en cuenta los requisitos de distanciamiento social del Estado de Nueva York y asegúrese de permanecer al menos a 6 pies de distancia de otras familias al llegar y al salir.
