Final Walk Across Academy Field Details
Hello NFA Candidates for Graduation!
Below, please find updated information about the Final Walk Across Academy Field events that will take place on Monday, June 29th and Tuesday, June 30th. Graduates who registered to participate in the event should have received their assigned date and time via email. Those assignments can also be viewed by clicking here.
As per the Guidance for Graduation Celebrations During the COVID-19 State of Emergency issued by Governor Cuomo and updated on June 14, 2020, we are required to limit the number of persons allowed on school property during a given time. We have structured a plan for small groups of students and four (4) guests to come down to the field and be part of the pomp and circumstance.
The NFA Class of 2020 Virtual Recognition, complete with speeches from our Valedictorian and Salutatorian, as well as Superintendent Dr. Padilla and featuring the Newburgh Free Academy Madrigals singing our School and Senior Song has been shared on our website, social media pages, and YouTube page. This link will remain available for you to share and view as often as you would like.
