WHEN: Monday, June 1, 2020

TIME:

6th grade, 9-9:30 a.m.

7th grade, 10-10:30 a.m.

8th grade, 11-11:30 a.m.

WHERE: South Middle School 33-63 Monument Street, Newburgh

Please note, if you have more than one student in different grade levels, you will be allowed to pick up all the belongings at the same time. If you are unable to pick up during the scheduled times listed, please email lmeyers@necsd.net indicating a specific time between 9-2:00 p.m. on June 1st.

PLEASE READ IMPORTANT PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS TO RIGHT AND PLEASE ADHERE TO ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS IN ORDER TO BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH SOCIAL DISTANCING AND SAFETY. THANK YOU.

DRIVERS Please pull in to parking lot from Overlook Street entrance and REMAIN IN YOUR CAR. A staff member will ask for student’s name and grade level and belonging will be brought to your car.

WALKERS Security will direct you to marked, designated area and your belongings will be brought to you, ONLY in this designated area.

SCHOOL ITEMS TO RETURN TO SCHOOL All textbooks and library books must be returned on June 1st. Chromebooks will not be collected at this time.

MEDICATIONS If your child(ren) has any medications in our health office, they will be distributed on June 1st, otherwise they will be properly disposed of.

CONDUCTOR: Acérquese al estacionamiento desde Overlook Street entrada y RESTANTE EN USTED COCHE. Un miembro del personal le preguntará el nombre del estudiante y el nivel de grado y pertenecerá a su automóvil

CAMINANTES: La seguridad lo dirigirá a marcado, área designada y sus pertenencias te lo traeremos SOLO en esta área designada.

ARTICULOS DE REGRESAR A LA ESCUELS: Todos los libros de texto y libros de la biblioteca deben devolverse el 1 de junio. Las Chromebooks no se recopilarán en este momento 

MEDICAMENTOS: Si su (s) hijo (s) tiene algún medicamento en nuestra oficina de salud, se distribuirán el 1 de junio, de lo contrario, se eliminarán adecuadamente.
