Marist College Upward Bound Now Accepting Applications
Marist College Upward Bound is accepting applications from 8th, 9th, and 10th grade students currently attending any school in the district. Applicants should have the desire to attend college immediately after high school and persist in college until earning a degree. Upward Bound students must participate two hours per week during the school year and attend a six-week residential program at Marist College during the summer. To be eligible, applicants must meet at least one of the following criteria: be a first generation college student (parents do not have an accredited Bachelor’s degree) or be from a low income household (based on taxable income). Applications are available from your guidance counselor and at www.marist.edu/upwardbound. For more information, please email upward.bound@marist.edu.
Applications are due February 28, 2020. Applications can be sent be mail, email, or fax.
