Heritage Middle School Class Learns about Hanukkah
On Friday December 20, 2019, Heritage Middle School scholar Chelsea and her mom taught Ms. Coopersmith’s class, about Hanukkah and why it is celebrated. Each student made a Dreidel using a marshmallow, a pretzel stick, icing and a Hershey’s Kiss. They also ate delicious homemade latkes that they dipped in applesauce.
Story and photos submitted by Ms. Liza Coopersmith.
