Balmville Honor Society Collects and Donates Leftover Halloween Candy
Balmville School Elementary Honor Society collected leftover candy and donated it the Troops/Veterans, The Newburgh Ministry and St. Pat's Soup kitchen. Mrs. Prado's 3rd grade class collected the most candy and won an ice cream party.
