Newburgh Free Academy Hosts Annual Pep Rally

Students cheered for their class years to compete over who has the most school spirit last week. Fall teams were announced, teams performed, and school and class year pride was on full display. Students competed by class level in various activities to earn points toward the traditional prize of bragging rights!

Performances were given by: Madrigals, NFA Band with Advanced Dance Company, NFA Drumline, ROTC Color Guard and Drill Team, NFA Varsity Cheerleaders, Advanced Dance Team, Dance Department, Hip Hop/ Step Team.

Fall teams announced were: Boys & Girls Cross Country, Girls Varsity Tennis, Girls Soccer, Girls Swimming & Diving, Cheerleading, and Football.

Games included: Office Depot Relay, Class vs Class Dodgeball, and Hungry Hungry Hippo.

The evening was coordinated by the NFA Student Council.
