Local Politician Speaks with History Teachers and Students about Civic Engagement
History teachers and their students were invited to hear from a local politician about the importance of civic engagement at an early age. Marc Molinaro, currently serving as County Executive of Dutchess County took time to speak to the group about his early policitcal involvement. Molinaro was first elected to public office at the age of 18 in 1994, when he was elected to the Village of Tivoli's Board of Trustees.
