Science Explorations Program at Horizons Experiences Continued Success
Ms. Carey, teacher at South Middle School, and Mrs. Winfield-Corbett, teacher at Meadow Hill School, are proud to showcase the success of learners in their science class as the program comes to a close. These two middle school teachers teamed up this year to create a hands-on science program for students in the 21st Century After-School Program at Horizons. Their course, entitled Science Explorations, actively engages students in scientific inquiry based projects and experiments.
