Meadow Hill ITF Selected to be a Google for Education Certified Trainer!
Mr. John Blakley, an Instructinal Technology Facilitator (ITF) for Meadow Hill GEMS School has been selected to be a Google for Education Certified Trainer! Google for Education Certified Trainer is the third tier of a five layer education system through Google for Education. Additional levels include: Certified Educator Level 1, Certified Educator Level 2, Google for Education Certified Trainer, Certified Innovator, G Suite Certification.
The training program is designed to combine expertise in Google tools with love of helping others. In becoming a Certified Trainer, Mr. Blakley will be able to support educators as they redefine learning with technology.
The Google for Google Certified Training Program advertises their program attendees will be able to: Stand out as a leader and expand your impact. Grow your skills as a trainer and coach. Collaborate with a community of trainers. Access powerful training resources from Google. Whether you are a school’s go-to technologist, a stellar classroom teacher or an enterprising consultant, Certified Trainers are passionate about helping educators transform classrooms with technology. In order to prepare for this application, you will be taken through the Trainer Courses. Our hope is that you will grow as a trainer by learning and building upon your abilities to create and deliver training plans. We all want educators to experience how Google tools can change the way they teach, which is why our Trainer Course covers in-depth information on Google for Education, including our educator Fundamentals and Advanced courses.
