Raven, the Town of Newburgh K-9 Police Dog, visits Gardnertown Leadership Academy to Say Thank You

Town of Newburgh K-9 Police Dog with her partner Sgt. Henry Lawson, visited Gardnertown Leadership Academy on Friday, March 8th, to receive a check from students who raised funds to help cover her chemotherapy treatments.
Sgt. Lawson walked Raven through the halls at GLA so the leaders could give a supportive wave or hug. Mrs. Lewis presented $658 that was raised for Raven. Sgt. Lawson and Raven wanted to show their appreciation to our leaders and let them know that because of our thoughtfulness & generosity, Raven is receiving the treatment she needs.
